郭瑞臣，1955年11月出生于山東省高唐縣，1982年畢業(yè)山東大學藥學院（原山東醫(yī)學院藥學系），獲學士學位。1982年1月起在山東大學齊魯醫(yī)院工作，先后任藥師、主管藥師、副主任藥師。1996年破格晉升為教授、主任藥師，同年被遴選為碩士研究生導師, 2003年12月被聘為山東大學臨床藥理學博士研究生導師�，F(xiàn)任山東大學齊魯醫(yī)院臨床藥理研究所主任，藥物監(jiān)測中心主任；中國藥學會醫(yī)院藥學專業(yè)委員會委員, 山東省藥學會常務理事，山東省藥學會醫(yī)院藥學專業(yè)委員會主任委員，山東省分析測試協(xié)會質譜專業(yè)委員會主任委員，山東省計劃生育學術委員會委員，山東省新藥評審專家，山東省醫(yī)學會醫(yī)療事故鑒定專家；《中國臨床藥理學與治療學雜志》、《中國臨床藥學雜志》、《中國醫(yī)院藥學雜志》、《藥學服務與研究雜志》編委。1991年5月——1993年9月作為國家教委公派訪問學者赴瑞士伯爾尼大學臨床藥理研究所進修。
