      楊樹林,黑龍江人,F(xiàn)任南京理工大學(xué)環(huán)境與生物工程學(xué)院,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,生物工程研究所所長,校生物化工學(xué)科帶頭人,國家微多蛋白技術(shù)研究推廣中心主任,江蘇省生物能材料重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)術(shù)委員會委員。曾任院學(xué)術(shù)委員會委員, 系主任。

      教育及工作經(jīng)歷:

      先后在吉林大學(xué)、南京大學(xué)、華東工學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí),研究生學(xué)歷,物理化學(xué)理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。

      作為訪問學(xué)者兩次在加拿大維多利亞大學(xué)進(jìn)行合作科研,多次赴美、加、德、法、英等國大學(xué)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流。

      1998年晉升教授。

      學(xué)術(shù)兼職:

      1、江蘇省生物化工協(xié)會工業(yè)專業(yè)委員會副主任。

      2、江蘇省科技廳科技項(xiàng)目評審專家組成員。

      3、江蘇省生物技術(shù)協(xié)會副理事長(2015—)。

      教學(xué)情況:


      主講課程:

      講授本科生、研究生和博士生“化學(xué)熱力學(xué)”、“高等生物反應(yīng)工程”、“現(xiàn)代生物技術(shù)”、“多肽與基因工程藥物“等課程。

      培養(yǎng)研究生情況

      先后指導(dǎo)碩士生23人,博士生21人,合作博士后5人。 所指導(dǎo)的學(xué)生2010年獲江蘇省百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文,2018年獲南京理工大學(xué)優(yōu)秀博士論文,2017年獲江蘇省百篇優(yōu)秀碩士論文。

      1、微生物代謝調(diào)控與基因工程 2、生物制藥 3、生物醫(yī)用材料 4、空間細(xì)胞生物學(xué)。

      研究領(lǐng)域:

      重組多肽、蛋白質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能;生物醫(yī)學(xué)材料及組織工程;天然植物內(nèi)生真菌次生代謝產(chǎn)物的抗腫瘤活性;微生物代謝調(diào)控與基因工程。

      科研成果:

      主持的國家級項(xiàng)目被科技部列入國家科技成果重點(diǎn)推廣計(jì)劃和國家新產(chǎn)品試制鑒定計(jì)劃,獲科技成果優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目獎。 項(xiàng)目技術(shù)產(chǎn)品被科技部、外貿(mào)部等五部委定為國家級重點(diǎn)新產(chǎn)品。以項(xiàng)目專利技術(shù)為依托,科技部批準(zhǔn)成立國家級技術(shù)研究推廣中心!863”項(xiàng)目基因工程菌高密度發(fā)酵表達(dá)膠原蛋白實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)化,其產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入國內(nèi)外市場。參與編寫4部書(含2部工具書)分別在英國和國內(nèi)出版,其中1部獲國家新聞出版總署國家圖書獎。

      1、 主持的國家級項(xiàng)目被國家科技部列入國家科技成果重點(diǎn)推廣計(jì)劃和國家新產(chǎn)品試制鑒定計(jì)劃,并獲科技成果優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目獎。

      2、 所主持的科研項(xiàng)目技術(shù)成果產(chǎn)品被國家科技部、外貿(mào)部等五部委定為國家級重點(diǎn)新產(chǎn)品。

      3、以主持的項(xiàng)目技術(shù)為依托,國家科技部批準(zhǔn)在我校生物化工學(xué)科成立國家級技術(shù)研究推廣中心。

      4、1998年被評為南京市科技先進(jìn)個人,南京理工大學(xué)“八五”期間科技先進(jìn)工作者。

      5、在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物和學(xué)術(shù)會議上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100余篇,參與編寫的2部著作分別在英國倫敦和中國北京出版,并獲國家新聞出版總署國家圖書獎。
